Job Description

  • Address customers' concerns in a timely manner.


  • Encourage customer feedback.


  • Manage challenging situations that may affect customers.


  • Identify customers’ needs and wants.


  • Build long-term relationships with key clients.


  • Collaborate with internal teams.


  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends.


  • Negotiate with vendors to get better deals for customers.


  • Pass leads to the sales and marketing team.


  • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys.


  • Write and submit reports to the sales head.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA graduate or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field


  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets


  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus


  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)


  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot)


  • A customer-oriented attitude


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills


  • Problem-solving attitude


  • Ability to work well with a team


  • Willingness to learn new skills and implement the same
